Job Description
Climb trees using MRS/SRS systems or aerial lift
Perform tree pruning, limb walking, removals, and rigging
Safely operate chainsaws and gear aloft
Set up and execute rigging systems
Follow ANSI Z133 safety protocols
Work closely with ground crew and team lead
Participate in jobsite prep, cleanup, and communication
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁:
Climbing experience (we verify via checklist)
Solid knot and rope system knowledge
Comfortable using chainsaws in-tree
Must demonstrate Groundsman Level 2 knowledge
Must have basic understanding of Operator I responsibilities
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or willing to earn)
Willing to work in all weather conditions
Humble, team-first attitude

ISA Certification or working toward it
Aerial rescue or crane-assisted removals
CDL Class B
EHAP, First Aid, or OSHA 10

Job Description
This role includes operating a pickup truck with a gooseneck dump trailer, a grapple truck to haul off tree debris, and a semi truck and trailer.

CDL (Class A or B) & a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs Basic chainsaw experience Strong team player with safety as a priority Ability to load, secure, and tarp loads properly Light mechanical knowledge is a plus!
